AutoPilot AI provides execution services for trading decisions based on algorithmic models. We are a technical service provider, not a financial advisor, bank, or custodian.
2. Non-Custodial Architecture
This platform utilizes non-custodial technology. Your assets remain in your third-party exchange account at all times. AutoPilot AI only exercises trading rights via API proxy signatures and has no authority to access your principal or perform withdrawals.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their wallet private keys and mnemonic phrases. The platform assumes no liability for any losses caused by the disclosure of private keys or mnemonic phrases.
4. Restricted Jurisdictions
The Platform does not provide services to residents, citizens, or entities of the following jurisdictions. By accessing our services, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident of these restricted areas and will not use VPNs or other technologies to bypass these geographical restrictions.
Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, the United States, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Crimea, and any other jurisdictions where automated crypto trading is prohibited by local law or subject to international sanctions.
